On promotion of the previous postholder, we need an inspirational leader with proven management and assessment experience who demonstrates excellent interpersonal skills and has the ability to work closely with all stakeholders.

We require a Deputy Head who
is an outstanding teacher in any Primary phase;
has high expectations;
has proven track record of raising standards and committed to school improvement;
understands how children learn best and never gives up on them;
is an effective coach and mentor.

Information about the School

We are a primary school in a rural location just twenty minutes from Colchester and 10 mins from Clacton-on Sea. We are an academy with the Vines School Trust and so have the the support of this trust and the Diocese.
