Catering Manager
25 hours per week (Band 3 Point 17 - 25 depending on experience)
We are seeking to appoint an experienced Catering Manager to head up our school kitchen. Training and on-going support will be available as part of our commitment to staff development.
The successful candidate will be able to:
- Plan and prepare hot and cold meals to the required statutory regulations and standards.
- Order and purchase materials and supplies within a given budget, sourcing ingredients locally where possible.
- Manager the work of the Assistant Cook and Kitchen Assistants.
- Ensure high standards of hygiene
