Leadership Scale 6 - 10 (£42803 - £47277 @ September 2013)

Required from January 2015 or April 2015 for the right candidate

We are looking for an excellent practitioner who is passionate about children and their learning. You will play a key role in further developing our school which embraces a caring culture and high standards of achievement.

The successful candidate will have:

Proven experience in the classroom and middle management
A good understanding of assessment for learning and behaviour management
Good interpersonal and communication skills
A desire to move into headship
