Following the retirement of our Headteacher, Frinton Primary School wishes to appoint a natural and ambitious leader with a vision that will move our school to 'Outstanding'. We are looking for someone self-motivated, innovative and visionary who can inspire all members of our school community.

Our new Headteacher will:

• Be able to demonstrate determination, imagination and commitment to sustained improvement

• Have a proven track record in raising standards and enhancing the quality of teaching

• Have the highest expectations for the learning, achievement and behaviour of all children

• Be able to nurture, inspire, challenge and motivate pupils and staff alike

• Be a gifted communicator, able to strengthen links with parents, governors and the wider community.
