We are looking for an inspirational leader with proven management and assessment experience. The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills and will work closely with staff, pupils, governors and parents. Debden Primary is 'an outstanding school which has continued to move forward since the last (church school) inspection' and benefits from excellent community involvement and close links with the local parish church. The person appointed will:

be an outstanding teacher
be able to lead in target setting and assessment ·
understand and promote the spiritual, social and cultural development within a church school community
