Teaching Assistants x 2, Starting: 1st June / 1st September 2014.

We are looking for two good teaching assistants who are enthusiastic, skilled and have high expectations.

One is a new post focused on running a variety of interventions to promote progress with small groups and individuals. The other is a post for September to support a child with SEN (ASD). Holt Farm Junior School is in Special Measures, but is improving rapidly under a very experienced and capable leadership team. Behaviour is good and there is an excellent team ethos in the school. The challenge is to help accelerate learning rapidly so that our wonderful children achieve all they are capable of.

We are looking for good team members who want to develop their practice and can bring something special to the school. A sense of humour and a commitment to hard work are essential.
