Greensward Academy is the lead academy of the Academies Enterprise Trust (AET), a multi-Academy sponsor which aims to provide the opportunity for all young learners to fulfil their real potential. The Academy is located in Hockley, Essex and has excellent road and rail links.
We are looking for a confident, well organised and experienced PA to provide full secretarial support for our Senior Vice Principal and our Vice Principal (Teaching & Learning). In addition to flexibility, resilience and outstanding administrative skills, your personal skills will be such that you can interact efficiently, effectively and professionally with teachers, support staff, students and parents. The role requires the ability to prioritise tasks when dealing with conflicting demands, always maintaining a high level of confidentiality. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, will develop loyalty and commitment to the academy and the two Vice Principals and be able to remain calm and reflective in this busy and sometimes demanding role.
