TEACHER OF SCIENCE (KS3 COORDINATOR)
TLR 2a
Beauchamps High School is a high performing 11-18 comprehensive. In 2013 76.9% achieved 5A* - C, including English and Maths, and there was a 50% A* - C pass rate in Science at GCSE. All three Sciences achieved 100% at 'A' Level.
The school is looking to appoint an inspirational Science teacher, with QTS, to ensure standards rise even more and to support our innovative and expanding department. The school delivers both core and additional alongside triple courses. The successful candidate will take a lead in managing and delivering all KS3 courses.

be determined to make a significant contribution and assist with the organising of the extended extra-curricular program of the department
In this role, you will:

help deliver a Science curriculum fit for the 21st century

be responsible for delivering the 'Science' curriculum across all key stages

work closely with the Science department to put on extra curriculum events

help build and develop a thriving Science department
