Site Manager
An exciting opportunity is available for you to join our friendly school team and manage our expanding site
Trinity Road Primary School,
Chelmsford, CM2 6HS
37 hours per week, 52.14 weeks per year
(We would consider the position to be part time hours. Hours may be subject to change with appropriate notice.)
23 - 27 days holiday (depending on length of service and to be taken at a mutually agreed time with the headteacher)
Pay scale 6 - Point 12-17: Salary £22183 - £24491

We are currently a one and half from entry school located in Chelmsford city centre. We are an established school with a strong community, a dedicated team, and an inclusive ethos. We have an exciting expansion project underway whereby we will be growing to become a two-form entry school. This is a rare opportunity for you to have an instrumental role in supporting a large building project. Do you have what it takes to help bring this modern, net carbon zero build to life?;
A key role for our Site Manager is to ensure our site is safe for all.
To do this, are you;

· A good communicator and team player who can work well collaboratively with others from both inside the school and with external partners?
· Trustworthy and responsible, enabling you to be the main key holder for the school and grounds, including emergency out of hours?
· An effective leader who can manage a site team of cleaners?
· Able to proactively monitor carry out maintenance and general repairs?
· Experienced and knowledgeable about health and safety regulations and procedures?
· Someone who can take pride in the appearance and condition of our fantastic Victorian site, both internally and externally?

Working pattern:
Monday: 10.30am - 6.30pm
Tuesday: 6.30am - 2.30pm
Wednesday:10.30am - 6.30pm
Thursday:6.30am - 2.30pm
Friday:10.30am -6.30pm
Includes 1hr of breaks each day
2 hours per week to be mutually agreed with the Headteacher.
