Actual Salary: £6,485.64 per annum

Start Date: 2nd September 2022

We have an exciting opportunity at Westwood Academy for a warm and friendly, Early Years Practitioner to join our dedicated and professional team

Working Monday to Friday 8.45 am to 11.45 am, 38 weeks per year - term time only.

The successful candidate will:

● Be caring, patient and empathetic.

● Have a good understanding of child development and early years' pedagogy.

● Be committed to developing effective relationships with children, parents and staff.

● Have a positive approach to behaviour management.

● Have experience in carrying out observations and completing assessments.

● Have excellent communication skills.

● Have good literacy and numeracy skills (GCSE grade C or Level 2 and above).

● Be able to provide high quality experiences to support children's learning, in both indoor and outdoor environments.
