Site Manager
Pay Range LGS Scale 6 £22,571 - £24,920 or 7 £25,927 - £29,174 depending on experience and skills
Hours/Weeks 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year working a split shift with letting responsibilities
We have an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to join our school as Site Manager.

The role will involve responsiblity for all aspects of our buildings and site which have recently been updated with the addition of CIF bid funding including a new roof, boiler and heating plant, full electrical rewiring, fire alarm system, emergency lighting, hot water systems, fire door replacement and LED lighting throughout.
The ideal candidate should be proactive, hardworking and have proven maintenance skills which is an essential element of the role. We are looking for somebody who wants to be part of our team with good interpersonal skills, flexibility and a "can-do" approach. As a stand alone academy we have the opportunity to improve our building and facilites with the injection of Conditions Improvement Funding and have several ongoing and awaiting improvements to look forward to. The school has a busy lettings calendar which we are actively promoting and a fantastic forest schools area including pond and waterlife area.
The role will include:
Key holder responsibilities
Security and safety of the building and site
Maintenance and cleanliness of buildings and site
Liaising and working with contractors etc
Preparation for lettings
Health and safety of the school
Assistance with funding bids
