After School Club Assistants
3:30pm to 5:15pm Tuesday and Wednesday
and 3pm to 5:30pm Thursday and Friday
Scale 2 pt 2 to 3 (£9.60 to £9.79 pay award pending)
We are seeking to appoint well organised and enthusiastic After School Club Assistant to work with the children who use our after school provision. The right candidate will be reliable, have a love of working with children and be willing to support the manager in running the club.
We are looking for someone who can help plan and deliver fun and educational activities in a safe environment.
Duties to include:
- Supervise children during their time at the provision
- Organising and playing games with the children
- To prepare a light snack or dinner for children taking part in the relevant sessions
- Liaise with other staff members
- Attend to pupils personal needs including help with social, welface and health matters including minor first aid
