Required from September 2022, an enthusiastic and well qualified teacher of English to join a highly successful English Department, You will be expected to teach English across all Key Stages including the Sixth Form.
This is an ideal opportunity for a new entrant to the profession although equally attractive to a more experienced colleague. We have a positive commitment to supporting Newly Qualified teachers and a comprehensive staff development programme.
Examination results in 2021 for GCSE English Language 92% 9-4 (ALPS 2), and English Literature were 94% 9-4 (ALPS 2). A Level results: English Language & Literature 71% A*-B, English Literature 75% A*-B. English IBH 100% 7-5, and English IBS 87% 7-5.
