Chelmsford College has an exciting opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic Lecturer in Brickwork to design, develop and assess brickwork programmes for full and part-time students.

The candidate will be expected to teach courses and programmes within the department whilst supporting associated courses and administrative duties. The candidate will also be expected to undertake tutorial and pastoral duties.

Previous brickwork teaching within a further education college or equivalent is ideal. It is essential that candidates are qualified in their subject area and hold a teachingqualification or be willing to work towards one.

The successful candidate will need to demonstrate the aspiration to support learners in all aspects of their studies and to achieve their career goals. Candidates should be able to identify learners' needs and have effective communication, planning and advisory skills. Candidates should also maintain a positive learning environment.
