The Careers Advice Zone service plays a crucial role in helping students to recognise their skills and knowledge to make informed and realistic decisions about the next steps in their career. We support students with advice on a variety of options and progression opportunities.

In this role you will work as part of a team providing proactive, supportive, and efficient administrative support in the Careers Advice Zone primarily assisting with all administrative duties.

You will provide high quality and responsive services to students, staff, and public on course and career enquiries, signposting students seeking further careers support.

You will prepare, support, and attend a range of careers and employability activities and events which enhance student aspiration during the college year.

About You

You'll be proactive and enthusiastic, ensuring that the information given accurately meets the needs of students. You will have:

Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both orally and in writing, as well as excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish positive and effective working relationships.

Gained experience that involved assisting in a variety of activities and projects with limited supervision, meeting set deadlines.
