Administration Vacancy

Permanent contract

Part time: 37 hours/wk Mon - Thur 8.30 - 4.30pm, Fri 8.30 - 4pm

Term time + 1 week (39wks/pa)

Starting salary: Scale 4 Point 6 - £20043 FTE

Rayleigh Primary School is looking to appoint an enthusiastic and dedicated administrator to join our friendly team.

The successful applicant will:

· Stay calm under pressure

· Use initiative when dealing with challenging situations

· Be flexible, organised and willing to undergo training

· Understand the confidential nature of this role

You will have:

· GCSE English and Maths grades A-C (or equivalent)

· Good reading, writing, communication and IT skills

· A positive "can do" attitude

· A calm and caring manner along with a good sense of humour

· A team approach - stepping in wherever help is needed

As part of SEAMAT, Rayleigh Primary School is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. This appointment will be subject to an enhanced DBS check.
