Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) / Cover Supervisor

Working weeks: - Term-time plus five non-pupil days (39 weeks per year)

Salary: - Paid for 44.3 week per year with an actual salary of £16,334.59, including fringe allowance (FTE £20,324 including fringe allowance)

Hours per week: - 35 Hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:15pm (45-minute unpaid break), with a requirement to cover teachers within the school.

Hilltop Junior School, who have recently been graded "Good" by Ofsted are looking for a new colleague to join the team.

The new recruit will join as a HLTA and will provide support to Class Teachers with release time. Our ideal applicant will have a passion for teaching and a desire to ensure pupils achieve their potential.
