Crays Hill Primary School has an exciting opportunity for a School Business Manager to join the team.
The position is for 37 hours per week, 41 working weeks per year (term time plus 2 weeks).
The actual salary is £23,383 per annum, Essex Schools Pay Scale 7, Point 19 (Range 19-24).

We are seeking to appoint a hardworking, flexible and articulate School Business Manager to join our small and unique, friendly, busy team, with responsibility for the areas of finance, premises and HR. The post will suit a person with a 'can do, will do!' approach to their work. We are looking for a dynamic individual who is keen to progress their career within the field of school business management. School experience is desirable but not essential.
The successful candidate will:
· have the skill to manage a very busy office, prioritising and managing workload and a variety of tasks
· have excellent interpersonnel skills and be confident to present financial and statistical information to leaders and governors
· proven finance and business experience
· work well as part of a team, show initiative and commitment to improving and developing their own practice
