Attendance Support Officer
Scale 6 Point 12-17
37 hours per week, term time plus inset days
£22,571 to £24,920 pro rata plus £637 Outer London fringe allowance
Actual salary £19,807 to £21,812
Required for September 2022
Shenfield High School is seeking an Attendance Support Officer to engage with students and their families to provide early intervention and guidance to support improved attendance. The successful candidate will have experience of working with young people and be able to build positive relationships while setting high standards. Outstanding interpersonal skills and highly effective administrative and organisation abilities are vital in this important role. You will be responsible to out Attendance Officer and work under the direction of the Assistant Head: Behaviour and Standards.
