Assistant Headteacher - QA & Inclusion Lead: Behaviour & Attendance
Sigma Central
Pay Range: Leadership £58,135 - £64,143 (Point 14 - 18)
Start Date: September 2022 - 60%, fixed term for 1 year
The Role
We are seeking an outstanding individual to work as an Assistant Headteacher to influence the Trust's approach behaviour and attendance across all of our schools. Working three days per week, and reporting into the Assistant Director of Education, you will help to create an ethos and culture of inclusion excellence across all schools.
The successful candidate may be an existing Assistant Headteacher looking for opportunities to work on Trust-wide initiatives or someone who is aspiring to move into a leadership role.
This role is offered on a fixed term basis for one year.
