Salary: Leadership Scale, L6 - L11
Location: Kents Hill Junior School, Benfleet
Contract: Full-time, permanent
Start Date: 1 September 2022
Kents Hill Junior School is seeking to appoint a dynamic and inspirational leader who is caring, creative and passionate about ensuring that our pupils receive the very best start in life. You will have an excellent track record of improving Teaching and Learning across the school, as part of this, we are seeking an experienced leader who can support and develop ECT's and student teachers.
You will have experience in implementing positive change in behaviour to ensure all pupils are engaged in their learning. You will also be able to demonstrate the ability to evaluate and plan strategically, motivate and inspire both staff and pupils.
Kents Hill Junior School is located in Benfleet, Essex and is part of The Epsilon Star Trust; founded in September 2016. It is also joined by Lubbins Park Primary Academy and Nursery, also located in Essex. It's a fantastic time to join us and be part of this growing network!
