Job Description

The Governors of Trinity St Mary's C of E V/A Primary School are looking to appoint a dynamic, aspirational and highly motivated leader to lead and develop our school into the future. We are a Good Primary School (Ofsted 2017) and an Outstanding Church School (SIAMS 2017). We are looking for the successful candidate to join our school from Easter 2022 but may consider a September start.

We are a one form entry primary school and pre-school in the heart of South Woodham Ferrers. It is our vision to follow in the footsteps of Jesus: dreaming big; working hard; not giving up; never stopping learning and being kind. We have wonderful children who are a joy to teach and are well resourced to support creative and innovative lessons.

· has proven leadership and management skills;

· is able to adapt to an ever-changing educational world;

· is an excellent communicator, with a strong commitment to working with the children, parents, staff and the wider community;

· has significant experience in improving teaching, learning and assessment so that all pupils are able to thrive;

· will provide Christian leadership, promoting a Christian vision and upholding Christian values;

· enjoys working with children and be able to get the very best out of our pupils and staff;

· is a dedicated, inspirational and enthusiastic leader and team player.
