Kirby Primary Academy seeks a dedicated and creative colleague to join our team. We are looking for a professional and experienced Learning Support Assistant. The role of Learning Support Assistant is a privileged one, working directly with individuals, small groups or whole-classes of children to guide their learning.

We are looking for someone who:
· Fosters and demonstrates a love for learning
· Has high expectations of children's learning and conduct
· Has a positive work-ethic, works creatively, is compassionate and good humoured
· Is able to work as part of a team and committed to providing the best possible opportunities for every child
· Can demonstrate competence in Mathematics and English
· Has experience in a range of interventions; Speech and Language expertise would be desirable but not essential.
· Has experience of working in educational settings supporting children with additional needs
· Calm and able to work under pressure
· Confident in supporting children with diverse needs, including intimate care
· Determined to succeed and be relentless in the pursuit of excellence for our children
