Senior Midday Assistant - for one and a half hours per day, five days a week during the lunchtime period. Interviews could be held via Zoom so please make sure that you have access.

Holland Haven Primary School are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, organised, hardworking and caring person, who enjoys working with children, to maintain the safety, welfare and good conduct of the pupils during the midday break.
The principal responsibilities of this role is to organise and superviseour lovelyteam of midday assistants to ensure the safety, welfare and good conduct of pupils during the midday break and to ensure that there is adequate supervision of pupils in all areas of the school building and grounds where pupils are permitted.
The sucessful candidate will need to: -
- Have good organisational skills and have the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Be aspirational, determined and hardworking
- Be approachable and understanding
- Have a calm and positive manner
- Have the ability to use their iniative but also work as part of a team
- Have high exectations of children's conduct and be an excellent role model
- Have a positive work ethic, work creatively, be compassionate and good humoured
- The ability to lead and support playground games when required
- Promote the school in a positive manner at all times and share in the responsibility for the well being and safeguarding of all pupils.
