Braiswick Primary School are looking to appoint a passionate Midday Supervisor to join our friendly team of Midday Assistants in ensuring the safety, welfare and good conduct of pupils during the lunchtime break. We are looking for a caring and committed individual who has the ability to lead the team and is dedicated to ensuring that lunchtime is a pleasurable and safe experience for our children. The hours of work will be Monday to Friday from 11:15 am to 13:45 pm.

The successful candidate must:

· Be solutions focussed and able to respond quickly and effectively to changing situations

· Have a Trauma Perceptive Approach to behaviour management

· Have excellent communication skills.

· Have good organisational and interpersonal skills.

· Be caring, patient and empathetic.

· Have the ability to work as part of a team as well as on their own initiative.

· Be self-motivated, flexible and a good team player.

Whilst we would ideally like the successful candidate to start in January this is flexible as we are mindful of notice periods which may be required.

Braiswick Primary is the third school of the Learning Pathways Academy Trust which also includes Lyons Hall Primary in Braintree and White Hall Academy in Clacton-On-Sea.
