January 2022 start - Grays Convent High School require an Assistant Site Manager to work with the Site Manager. This is a key role within the school and we require a resourceful, reliable and flexible person to fill this position.
The main role of the post in conjunction with, and in the absence of the Site Manager to:
manage the utilisation of the school premises and associated facilities for both educational and allied usage, ensuring the premises are presented at all times in a clean, secure, safe and well maintained state.
organise a school maintenance programme and monitor any associated budgets
supervise, direct and the development and recruitment of the Site Team to include induction, training and performance management

This is a full time position and the successful candidate will be required to complete a 6 month probationary period. The hours of work will be Monday to Thursday 10am to 6pm and Friday 10am to 5.30pm. These hours may change during schools holidays or in the absence of the Site Manager. This is a Band 4 position and the salary range is £20,238 - £23,451 dependent on experience.
