School Lettings Administrator
Fixed Term 1 Year
Required with immediate effect
26 Hours per week, Term time only
Monday to Thursday 5.00pm - 10.00pm & Saturday 8.00am - 2.00pm
Scale 2-3 (point 3-5)
Actual Salary £10,832 - £11,269 per annum
We are looking for a School Lettings Administrator who will be responsible for ensuring that day to day lettings are carried out efficiently and effectively. The successful candidate will be responsible for taking bookings for the hire of the school premises and the administration and processing of all paperwork.
The post holder will need to be conscientious, motivated and able to work flexibly. Excellent communication and organisational skills are required. The ability to build positive and effective working relationships is essential.
