Vocational LSA at Langham Oaks School
Actual Salary: £15,903 to £16,440 pa
Langham Oaks is a school for boys, providing a very special type of education to students who have social, emotional and mental health difficulties. It is part-residential and places are available for some of the boys who wish to stayfor all or part ofthe week between Monday and Thursday.
The school has recently moved to a brand new purpose-built provision within its current grounds in the quiet village of Langham, near Colchester. We have all been very excited about the move, especially the students, who now have full use of the new classrooms with their special curriculum-related facilities.
At this already exciting time, we now find ourselves with a rare opportunity for the right person to join our Team as part of Langham Oaks ''Class-Support Family'. We are now looking to launch a vocational programme and need an experienced LSA to work with our vocational lead to deliver an alternative curriculum to support disaffected boys. The role will require imagination, creativity and experience with challenging pupils, but you will have the support of a dedicated staff team and the rewards will be immense.

Information about the School
Langham Oaks School is a residential and day special school for boys aged 10-16. Pupils at the school have a varied range of learning needs that centre on their Social, Emotional and Mental Health difficulties.
