We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic teacher to join our dedicated team. You will need to be committed to raising standards through inspirational teaching and be able to demonstrate consistent and dynamic classroom practice. This is initially a temporary contract for a term and a half but there is the potential for the role to become permanent in September 2022.
The successful candidate will need to have an excellent knowledge of the KS1 Curriculum and a strong pedagogical understanding of how children in this phase of their education learn best. Candidates must be able to demonstrate that they can teach in a fun and engaging way whilst having high expectations, to enable our children to make excellent progress and achieve their potential. An understanding of using Tapestry would be an advantage, although not essential. In return we can offer well behaved pupils, a supportive team and a commitment to helping the ideal candidate reach their goals.
The School is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people, and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. Following safe recruitment procedures, the appointment will be subject to satisfactory references, medical clearance and enhanced DBS disclosure.
