We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed Manager to lead our lovely Nursery with a fantastic indoor space and outdoor area with sensory garden, full of wonderful resources.
Passionate and dedicated to harnessing a child-centred approach, you will be supported by a friendly team of staff who put the needs of the children at the forefront of everything they do.
You will be expected to create a supporting and caring environment, planning activities and learning opportunities to maintain a safe, stimulating and thoroughly enjoyable experience for all children attending, ensuring they receive the very best start in their educational journey.
This role would suit an experienced Nursery Manager or an upcoming leader looking to take the next step.
Key requirements:
Minimum level 3 early years education and childcare qualification
Experience in leading or helping to run a similar setting
Excellent knowledge of the EYFS
Good understanding of Ofsted requirements
We would love someone to start as soon as possible to benefit from a comprehensive handover (pending suitable references and DBS checks).
This is a term-time only role, working 35 hours per week.
Salary will be dependent on experience.
