Prince Avenue Academy and Nursery is delighted to invite you to apply for our new and exciting role of Nursery Manager. A brand new purpose built nursery has just been opened on our wonderful grounds and we are looking for an enthusiastic, driven and dynamic person to oversee our transition from a term-time nursery to a wrap-around provision for 2-4 year olds.
As a new Nursery Manager, you will have an opportunity to create and share your vision of what a successful nursery looks like and develop a strategic business plan to ensure its success and sustainability. The role is one that would suit both an experienced Nursery Manager, or an upcoming progressive leader. Experience of working within a nursery setting is essential, as is experience of leading teams.
You will be supported by an excellent group of nursery practitioners and senior leaders from the school and will have opportunities to sit in on school SLT meetings to ensure that the vision and ethos of Prince Avenue is shared across this wonderful new setting. You will work closely with the Local Authority Early Years Team, the Children Centre and the Trust Inclusion and Pastoral Manager to support families within our community.
If you are interested in this role then please contact us for a walkround, where a member of the school Senior Leadership Team will be able to meet with you. We look forward to receiving your application form.
