Catering Manager
Hours 33.75 per week
7.15am - 14.45pm Mon - Fri term time plus inset days
An opportunity has arisen for a Catering Manager to join our welcoming and dynamic school.
The candidate must have
· Experience in leading and motivating staff
· Menu planning
· Ability to prepare cook and serve for 300+ healthy school meals every day
· Understand the importance of providing healthy nourishing meals
· Complete food safety records
· Operate and control stock
· Ensure kitchen is clean, well maintained and organised at all times
· Understand budget control
· Maintain financial and admin records
We are looking to appoint a Catering Manager with enthusiasm and energy to provide nutritious healthy meals to our children and our partner school South Green Infant School.
This role also includes managing the breakfast club on a daily basis from 7.40am to 8.40am.
