We are looking for a Reprographics and General Admin Assistant to work 32 hours a week over 5 days for term time only (38 weeks). This is a diverse post that includes working in Reprographics, the Admin office and Reception. The hours are 08:30 to 15:30 for 4 days a week and 08:30 to 15:00 for 1 day including 30 minutes for lunch.

The applicant must be able to work as part of a team as well as independently and flexibility is key to this role due to covering different areas within the busy Admin Department. Knowledge of Word is essential and some knowledge of other Microsoft Office programmes is desirable although training can be given.

Some of the duties include:-

* All duties in Reprographics

* Reception cover

* General admin and typing

* Taking phone calls

* Other admin duties as and when required
