We are looking to appoint a well organised, caring Learning Support Assistant to support in class, work with small groups delivering a range of interventions and working with pupils with SEND on a 1:1 basis. Applicants must be enthusiastic, with an understanding of and commitment to children with complex behavioural, social and emotional difficulties. The duties will include lunchtime supervison cover.

Applicants will need to be:

· Calm, positive and patient.

· Consistent and approachable.

· Able to work on your own initiative but also be a flexible team member.

· Able to listen to colleagues.

· Able to communicate to staff and parents effectively.

The hours of work are 08:30am to 15:15pmThursday and Friday term time only.

Actual annual salary is £5,237.
