Deputy Head Teacher with responsibility for Inclusion and assessment
Salary - Leadership Spine Points -L7-L11 ( depending on experience) Required - January 2022
Due to the retirement of our Assistant Headteacher/SENCo, We are looking to appoint a knowledgeable and dynamic leader as Deputy Head Teacher, with responsibility for inclusion and assessment in our school, to work in partnership with our Headteacher and SMT. This is a non class based role, but will involve some teaching.
The successful candidate will be:
- An effective communicator.
- An outstanding classroom practitioner.
- Someone who inspires, challenges, motivates and supports the children, headteacher, staff, governors and parents.
- Experienced in leading SEN across the school.
- Experienced in analysing data and recognises the impact this has on school improvement.
