Elm Hall Primary School is looking for a full time Teaching Assistant or a Teaching Assistant that may also want to aspire to become a Teacher Trainee. We will be able to offer candidate pathways into teaching and valuable experience from an outstanding team of Teachers, providing necessary skills to further their career. This caring and enthusiastic person, who believes in our core values and specific ethos will join our experienced and excellent team of Teaching Assistants.

The successful candidate will be someone with experience of working, understanding and supporting children within an educational setting, demonstrate good teaching and learning skills, a commitment to team and collaborative working and an innovative approach to education. They should thrive when working with children and have excellent communication skills. They need to be open to work across all key stages in the school.

It is essential that the successful candidate can demonstrate the following:

· Wanting to make a positive difference to children's lives.

· Confidence to run interventions and manage groups of children.

· Value building relationships with colleagues and pupils.

· Able to engage well with pupils.

· Able to work under your own initiative.

· Smartly presented and with excellent time management skills.

· The enthusiasm to work with children with a variety of different personalities and skill levels.

You will:
