We are looking to appoint an Education Support Officer to assist in the co-ordination and administration of support for our Languages and Humanities departments in addition to other administrative responsibilities. The post holder will also be required to undertake cover supervision and first aid (training provided if necessary).
The role requires someone with an eye for detail, energy, enthusiasm, the ability to prioritise and a calm manner. The successful candidate will be approachable, have strong people skills and a 'can do' attitude and be able to demonstrate excellent organisational skills. Experience of working in an educational environment and of using Microsoft Office tools is preferable
The post is part-time, term time (39 weeks) only, 37 hours a week. Working hours will be 8.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Thursday and 8.30am to 4pm on Friday.
