Office Manager

Scale 7 £26,379 to £29,570 Pro rata

25 hours per week during term time

(plus one week by agreement which may be needed around Audit or DfE submission dates)

This role would be considered as a full time/term time position in conjunction with a Finance Managers Role currently being advertised

The Epping Forest Schools Partnership Trust is a Multi-Academy Trust of fifteen Primary Schools and one Special School all based in the Epping Forest District. Along with our SCITT (School-Centred Initial Teacher Training), Teaching School and Family and Child Support Services, we are a leading educational organisation in Epping Forest. Formed in 2018, we are committed to collaborative working to ensure the best possible outcomes for our children and school communities.

The Office Manager will be an integral part of the central team and Trust and will be located at one of our schools across the Epping Forest area. The successful candidate will be a committed team player with strong communication, organisational and interpersonal skills. Responsibilities will include the day-to-day management of the central office, Trust compliance and HR administrative duties for the central team.

The successful candidate will have:

· Experience of working in a busy office environment

· Experience and understanding of compliance obligations

· Excellent interpersonal, written and IT skills

· An ability to identify problems, provide appropriate solutions and work proactively

Due to funding his post is offered in the first instance as a fixed-term, two-year contract.
