Southend East Community Academy Trust (SECAT) and Shoeburyness High School are seeking to appoint a full-time teacher to join our established Social Science Faculty. This post would suit both experienced colleagues and newly qualified entrants to the profession. The successful candidate will be able to deliver high quality lessons, ensuring that students achieve their full potential in Health & Social Care and PHSE. They must be committed to raising standards by working with the Head of Faculty to plan, deliver, monitor and evaluate the teaching and learning.
Shoeburyness High School is a large, vibrant and diverse secondary school that has an excellent reputation as a warm and supportive environment in which to work and learn. We are a very popular school with families in the local area and beyond and consequently we are heavily oversubscribed.

Shoeburyness High School is a very successful, large and oversubscribed 11-18 Community Academy and a member of the Southend East Community Academy Trust (SECAT).
