Assistant Director of Sixth Form

Salary: GBP £26,948 - £42,780 per year (inclusive Fringe)
TLR 1B - £10,899
This is a very exciting opportunity for a self-motivated, creative and ambitious middle leader. The successful candidate will support the continuing strategic development of our expanding, successful sixth form, lead student voice, support the Character and Culture programme and lead our whole school House System. The successful candidate will:
● have the vision to develop and support the strategic leadership of the sixth form
● be an inspirational communicator and have the skills to both challenge and encourage students to achieve their potential.
● be committed to securing positive student outcomes
● have the ability to think creatively and encourage student engagement.
