ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Fixed Term Contract (with a possibility of extension)
Required 4th May 2021 - 31st August 2021
12.5 hours per week, 38 weeks per year (43.1 paid weeks)
1.15pm - 3.45pm Monday to Friday
Scale 3, within the range 4-5
Actual salary £5,304.06 - £5,393.14 per annum
Acorn Academy require an Administrative Assistant to provide support to the existing administrative team in the school office, on a fixed term contract, with a possibility of extension.
Candidates will have:
· Proven administrative and organisational skills
· Excellent IT skills
· Excellent interpersonal skills
The person appointed will be able to work using their own initiative and in partnership with the existing office team to provide an efficient and effective administrative service for the school.
This post is for 12.5 hours per week term time (38 working weeks per year).
