We are looking for a dynamic Outdoor Nursery Deputy Manager to support the Outdoor Nursery manager to manage our pioneering outdoors Nature Nursery for 2-5yr olds due to open September 2021.

In this role, you will support the Outdoor Nursery manager with all aspects of the outdoors nursery from staffing and liaising with families to working with the children, the day to day running of the nursery and the site.

Information about the School

Set in the beautiful grounds of Abbotts Hall on the Blackwater Estuary, our Nature Nursery for children aged 2-5 is an environment that will inspire children to be confident, curious and independent learners, developing a rich and lifelong love and understanding of the natural world. Children have an opportunity to play in the woodland, explore in the meadow and collect fruit from the orchard. They can grow their own vegetables and tend to the chickens in the garden, all within secure boundaries.
