· Has proven leadership, interpersonal and management skills
· Is innovative, inspirational and able to motivate our staff and children while making them feel valued and supported
· Is a dynamic individual who will accept nothing less than a fully inclusive education for all the children in the school
· Is able to devise, implement and monitor action plans and other policy developments for inclusion (including SEN)
· Has significant people skills and is an excellent communicator
· Has experience in data analysis and target setting
· Is committed to promoting positive therapeutic behaviour strategies
· Can continue, build on and improve relationships with our parents and the wider community.
