The Governors of this popular Church of England primary school are looking to appoint two, experienced Learning Support Assistants to start September 2021, supporting the delivery of individual children's EHCP provision.

Candidates must:

- Have a good educational background, including at least GCSE grade C or above in English and Mathematics
- Be educated to NVQ Level 2 in learning support / early years or have an equivalent qualification or experience.
- Experience of working 1-1 with a child with a SEN in an educational setting, ideally EYFS.
- Experience of working with children with speech and language needs or ASD.
- Understand and support the importance of social and emotional wellbeing.
- Have good organisational and interpersonal skills.
- Remain calm under pressure.
- Be prepared to develop and learn in the role.


We currently have one permanent position and one fixed term contract, which might be extended subject to our SEN funding.
