Starting Salary £17,151.00 per annum
Location: Harlow
Full time
Fixed term 18 months contract
Thinking of changing career and making a positive difference to a young person's life?
We are looking for enthusiastic, organised, creative people who have strong communication skills and who enjoy working with young people. If this is you, then a career in supporting teaching and learning could be your next step.
The role is varied and we offer training. You may already have experience and qualifications such as a Level 2 'Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools and Colleges' qualification or similar - we would welcome a conversation with you.
Some of our learners need extra support, guidance, understanding and structured help to enable them to reach their potential and excel on their course of study. They may have emotional wellbeing challenges, learning difficulties or disabilities and barriers which are preventing them from progressing: our staff work on individual plans and strategies to support and enable them to excel with their learning.
The role is immensely fulfilling: when you are able to be part of a young person's journey, to help them along the way to University or employment and towards a happy and fulfilling adulthood then you know you have made a real difference to a life.
