Deputy Headteacher

Pay Scale L1 - L7
At St Peter's, our vision and core Christian values put children at the heart of everything that we do. We are seeking to appoint a deputy headteacher with a proven track record of excellent classroom practice who is child centred and will support our school vision and values. The position involves a class teaching responsibility with weekly dedicated leadership time in addition to PPA.

The successful candidate will be an ambitious and energetic professional with experience of leading and motivating teams, monitoring teaching and learning, and with experience of successfully leading improvement and raising standards. The position will involve taking a lead role in curriculum development throughout the school, ensuring an engaging and inspiring curriculum centred around the progression of knowledge and skills.
