Salary: MPS/UPS TLR 1A (£8,291)
Start date: September 2021
A once in a career opportunity to work in a new, state of the art £34 million school.
This is a genuinely unique opportunity to take on a founding role at the first 'all through' school in Essex.
The Beaulieu Park School opened the doors to 60 Reception children in September 2018. In September 2019, another cohort was welcomed into the Primary School, together with 180 Year 7 students. We are already planning our 6th form provision. In September 2021, the Secondary School will consist of Year 7, Year 8 and Year 9 students.
We are looking to appoint a Head of Physics to take responsibility for Physics delivery as we move towards GCSE and ultimately A Level teaching.
This is a genuinely creative role for an ambitious Physics teacher that has the ability and create, develop and drive an outstanding and ever growing subject area.
The successful candidate will be an outstanding practitioner who has a successful record of enabling high achievement, of forging productive relationships with all students and their families regardless of their background or ability. They will be reflective, excited by taking risks and accepting that failure is a part of the learning process. They will promote lifelong learning through their constant drive to improve their own practice, as well as supporting those they lead and work alongside to develop their skills.
