Receptionist/Administrator
Scale 3 point 4-5
37 hours per week
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm
Thursday 9.00am - 4.30pm
39 weeks per year (term time plus 5 inset days)
Start date: ASAP
We are looking to recruit a Receptionist/Office Administrator to provide a professional receptionist service to the school community as well as undertaking administrative duties in the busy school office.
This is an important position within the school and to be successful in this role you must be able to communicate effectively with pupils and adults, work under pressure and maintain positive relationships with all members of the school community.
The successful candidate must show excellent interpersonal skills and be able to demonstrate the ability to work in a busy office environment where high levels of accuracy and meeting deadlines is essential. Previous experience of working within a school and an understanding of SIMS would be beneficial but full training will be provided.

Information about the School
The Beaulieu Park School is Essex’s first ‘All Through’ school and the primary phase opens for reception students in September 2018 with the secondary phase opening in September 2019. The Beaulieu Park School will welcome its first cohort of 60 reception aged children in two classes. In September 2019, 180 Year 7 students will be admitted. Year on year the school will grow, providing 420 places for local children between four and eleven years old by 2024 and 900 places for local children between 11 and 16 years old by 2023.
