Salary: Leadership Range 21 - 27

£70,204.00 - £81,124.00 actual salary depending on experience

Little Thurrock is a three-form primary school with a nursery and is a member of the Osborne Co-operative Academy Trust. All schools in the Trust work in equal partnership and are members of the Schools' Co-operative Society. We are looking for an experienced leader with a proven track record of school improvement; ensuring that the school securely offers all children a good quality of education and who shares our vision for the "pursuit of excellence for all".

Osborne's Co-operative Academy Trust is looking to appoint a Headteacher who:

Has the motivation and ability to lead, nurture and inspire with enthusiasm, the development of a high quality of education enabling all children to strive for excellence
Has a commitment and reliability to engage fully with the school community and to lead with integrity; ensuring that the Co-operative values are upheld
Ensuring that all those within the school community have the highest expectations and aspirations for the learning, achievement and behaviour of all children
Can demonstrate skills in strategic thinking, leading to effective planning and successful implementation
Has a clear understanding of the inter-relationship of all phases of a child's education and a shared vision to develop cross-phase learning.
Is creative and proactive in responding to changing circumstances and new ideas
