SEN Learning Support Assistant
West Horndon Primary School are looking to appoint an SEN Learning Support Assistant to help provide support for pupils with special educational needs.
The post is 8.35am - 3.25pm Monday to Friday. (with an hours break for lunch)
27.5 paid hours per week (Monday to Friday) during term time plus 5 inset days
Actual Salary £12,647.41inc Outer Fringe
West Horndon Primary is a small, professional and welcoming school.
We are looking for an LSA to provide some general class support in our bright and friendly Year 1 classroom and to support a delightful child with some specific learning needs.
We are interested in candidates who enjoy working with children with special needs, who can act on their own initiative, follow a plan and and are committed to meeting the needs of the individual pupil.
The position will be offered subject to a satisfactory DBS check and two references. Previous experience of working in a school environment and supporting children with additional needs may be an advantage.
